Local band Chalk Flowers opened the second stage which begun the continuous sets from artists Ella Davidson, Josh McCormick, Grafted, Head North, Junco Shakers, Solar Wolf, Soul & Fire and Grant Sharkey.

Tickets are now on sale for Rookwood Festival!!!
The new Rookwood event is the brainchild of local actor couple Sarah Parish and Jim Murray, of Ovington in Hampshire and the event committee hopes to attract over 1000 visitors to maximise the fundraising potential for Sarah and Jim’s charity The Murray Parish Trust.
Sarah and Jim set up their charity The Murray Parish Trust after their daughter Ella-Jayne tragically passed away at 8 months old following a traumatic premature birth at Southampton Hospital. They pledged to raise £1,000,000 in her memory to help fund the expansion of the children’s unit, and with all profits from the event being donated it will be the third major fundraiser they have organized, seeing them well on their way to hitting their ambitious target.
